The story is funny and irreverent and the performances up to the mark. The music never gets in the way of the story and the length, at 1 hour 55 minutes is just right. While the constant beeping out of the .com at the end of the title is a tad irritating, you can let that slide considering the film was stuck in limbo for three years. While there may not be much of a Shaadi, there's definitely a lot of fun running around that you may want to check out.

With moderate production values, the film is shot on actual locales giving the film a realistic feel. The cinematography, editing and action sequences are of good quality and overall, the film is worth a watch just to unwind.

Thankfully the very obvious ploy of having people with weird names marry each other keeps you smiling because the hero and the heroine are so boring. When a runaway bride is called 'Milky', the 'Bhaag Milky' track is a great funny thing to hear! So is the wedding song in Patna: You are my East/ You are my West/ Then why are you taking my test!

On an overall basis,'RunningShaadi.com' is like a jog trot, which works in its sweet and mild manner. The movie has its share of entertaining and engaging scenes, but falls short of these scenes in order to maintain the proper decorum of the film.

The film's cinematography (Anas Ali Khan) is below average. The film's editing (Nipun Gupta) is mediocre as well. On the whole, RUNNING SHAADI is an entertaining film, but only in parts. The film suffers from the lack of an interesting drama. At the Box-Office, the film will be an average fare.
